-Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
-For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
-Claims considered our error are covered at our expense
-No refunds for buyer’s remorse.

-Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection via email.
-If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
