Lethbridge Tattoo Expo. What a Time.

Lethbridge tattoo expo is always a good time. We got into town Thursday and pretty much went straight to Pops Pub. It was so nice seeing everyone again. I dont think I’d seen most of them since the Red Deer tattoo expo before I opened the store which feels like forever ago now.

Friday Was Bumping

Friday was BUMPING.

Like one of those days where you look up and theres people everywhere. HappyHouse everywhere I looked which was honestly so cool to see.

I had Dilly (Dylan) shooting some video of me and the booth too which was rad. Thanks Dilly haha.

I’ve also started filming a little more of this stuff for YouTube. Not the polished version either. More of the actual getting ready, loading the trailer, shit going wrong, all of it haha.

The first video is basically the lead-up to this Lethbridge trip, so if you want to see what happened before I actually got here, it’s up on HappyHouse TV.

By Friday night I was absolutely dead though. I had nothing left in me so I did exactly nothing after the event.

Saturday Was... Less Bumping

Saturday was unfortunately a little less bumping.

Still okay. Definitely not a bad day. Just not really what you’d expect for a Saturday at a tattoo expo.

There was also a bunch of other stuff happening in Lethbridge that weekend though so I think everyone was just kinda spread out.

Which is hard with events. You can have a really good setup, good people there, everything feels right and then theres 900 other things happening in the city at the same time haha.

Saturday night we hit up Brewhouse which was cool.

They have a bowling alley in the basement!

I had no idea.

OH YEAH.

Even with Saturday not being the best, we still managed to match last years numbers.

Amazing.

Sunday Rocked It

Sunday rocked it.

Busy booth, lots of people around and HappyHouse everywhere I looked again. That part was really cool. Seeing people walking around in stuff we made still doesnt really feel normal.

After we cleaned everything up and loaded the trailer we went to Blowers & Grafton for one last hang.

Me, Dee and Tash played Sorry.

And “sorry” ladies...

But I won.

What a time.

Seriously though, always a good weekend. Good people, good show and it was really nice seeing everyone again.

Lethbridge, you were rad.
