Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To start a return or exchange, email info@happyh0use.com with your order number and let us know what you’d like to do. We’ll send you the return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to HappyHouse.

If you are exchanging an item, once we receive and approve the return, HappyHouse will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake, or your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@happyh0use.com.

If the issue is our error, we’ll make it right at our expense.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help investigate.
