These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of happyh0use.com and purchases made from HappyHouse Apparel (“HappyHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Our Store

HappyHouse sells apparel, accessories, and related products through our online store and other sales channels.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

We may update, change, discontinue, or introduce products, collections, services, website features, or promotions from time to time.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.

3. Products

We do our best to accurately display our products, including colours, artwork, sizing, materials, and other details.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, photography, lighting, production process, or individual garment.

Many HappyHouse products are pressed in-house and produced in small runs or pressed to order. Minor variations between individual items may occur.

Product availability can change without notice.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout.

Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be shown or calculated where applicable.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees may apply depending on the destination. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will be able to accept or fulfill it.

We may cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including if:

• An item is unavailable

• Inventory information was incorrect

• There was an obvious pricing or listing error

• Payment could not be processed

• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity

• An order appears to be placed for unauthorized resale

• We are unable to ship to the provided address

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

6. Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Payment information is processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers.

HappyHouse does not directly store complete credit card numbers.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped according to the shipping options available at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.

Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help investigate.

Any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws regarding delivery delays or non-delivery continue to apply.

8. Local Pickup

Where local pickup is offered, customers must wait until they receive pickup instructions before attempting to collect their order.

Pickup availability, preparation times, and pickup procedures may vary.

Orders designated for local pickup must be collected from the pickup location provided in your order or pickup notification.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

In general, eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms limits rights provided to you by applicable law.

From time to time, HappyHouse may offer promotions, bundles, discounts, free shipping, giveaways, or other offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively

• Offers may have eligibility requirements

• Promotions may be changed or ended at any time before an eligible order is placed

• Some offers may not be combined

• Availability may be limited

11. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, inventory, promotions, shipping information, and other website content accurate.

Occasionally, information may contain errors.

The HappyHouse name, logos, graphics, artwork, photographs, videos, website content, designs, product imagery, and other original materials are owned by HappyHouse or used with permission from their respective creators.

Our artwork is created by real artists and remains protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, copy, modify, or commercially use HappyHouse content or artwork without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in the artwork printed on that product.

13. Reviews and Customer Content

If you voluntarily submit a product review, photo, testimonial, comment, or other content through our website or review tools, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.

You grant HappyHouse permission to display and use that submitted content in connection with our store, products, customer reviews, and marketing, unless otherwise agreed.

You remain responsible for content you submit.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

You may not use our website:
