Most HappyHouse orders are pressed in-house after your order is placed.

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Tracking is emailed when available.

Local pickup orders are prepared Mondays and Thursdays and brought to our Whyte Ave store for pickup Tuesdays and Fridays. Please wait for your pickup notification before coming to the store.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, once the return is approved, HappyHouse covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right at our expense. Email info@happyh0use.com with your order number.

Machine wash cold. If you have a top-load washer with a centre agitator bar, turn the garment inside out before washing.

Tumble dry low or hang dry. Iron inside out and avoid ironing directly over the print.

Skip fabric softener when possible. If your graphic arrives with a wrinkle from shipping, turn the garment inside out and use quick passes with an iron on low heat. No iron? Put the garment in the dryer on high for 5 minutes, remove it right away, lay it flat, and place a heavy book over the graphic while it cools.
